Chandigarh property prices: Will they correct by 2026?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Kids moved out, so I'm selling our big house for a manageable 2BHK. But Chandigarh mein, especially Sector 44 ya Aerocity, prices seem so high for 2026. Lagta hai market kaafi inflated hai. Is current price rise sustainable ya correction expected hai?
