Visited a 3BHK project in Sector 24C yesterday and man, I'm just fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge but these 'extra' costs are wild. They quote ₹90L but then add stamp duty, registration, PLC, and even some 'club membership' fee I never heard of. It's like a whole other ₹10-15L out of nowhere. Honestly thought I had the EMI vs rent math down, but these hidden charges are making me rethink. What's the real all-in cost for a 3BHK in Chandigarh? Did anyone else get surprised like this? How do you even factor these in, yaar?

Yaar, OP ne toh mere dil ki baat keh di! Exactly same experience hua mera bhi pichle hafte New Chandigarh mein. Ek project dekha, 3BHK, they quoted 85L, which itself felt high. But then when the 'all-inclusive' sheet came, it was almost 1.05 Cr! Ye PLC, IFC, club charges, electricity connection, even maintenance for 2 years advance... it's insane! I thought I was ready for stamp duty and registration, but these other charges are just shockers. Kaise budget karein in sab ke liye? Aur ye builders pehle se kyun
