Since last Diwali, I've been properly fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. Finally thinking of taking the plunge and buying my own place in Chandigarh. Sector 18D dekh raha hoon, but confused. Investment potential kaisa hai yahan ka for 3-5 years? Will it appreciate well, ya just stable rahega? Also, parking ka kya scene hai bhai? Bahut congested toh nahi hota? And green spaces, parks kitne hain? Family ke liye acha hai kya?

Bhai, same pinch! Mera bhi landlord ne dimag kharab kar diya hai. 18D is a good option on paper, but I heard parking is a nightmare, especially for visitors. Investment wise, it's already quite developed, so appreciation might be slow compared to emerging areas like New Chandigarh. What's your budget like for a 2BHK?
