Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out the Chandigarh real estate market. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 38, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya small villa. Sab bolte hain 'Ready to Move' properties sahi hain, but has that segment already peaked? Is the current premium justified? With my existing home loan, ROI is super important. Kya kisi ko lagta hai abhi bhi undervaluation hai somewhere, ya phir it's all priced in? Should I even look at 'Ready to Move' for investment, or just for self-use? Kaunse sectors mein abhi bhi value mil sakti hai?
