Chandigarh real estate: 2026 tak kya scene hai?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Chandigarh, maybe around Sector 44 or 49, but the prices seem quite high, like ₹90L+ for a decent 2BHK. Honestly not sure if this current price rise is sustainable ya fir correction aayega. My parents keep saying wait, but I'm worried it'll just keep going up. I'm thinking long-term, like for 2026 and beyond. Kya lagta hai, will these prices hold? Aur future appreciation ke liye, which areas should I consider? Like Mohali ke Sector 69-71 ya New Chandigarh? Some builders like DLF and Godrej Properties ke projects bhi dekhe hain. Is it worth paying a premium for them? Has anyone here recently bought and felt the same pressure? I had no idea property lena itna stressful hota hai. Koi guidance de do, please. Which 3 areas do you guys think will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? Confused hoon.

Dekho, market mein abhi thoda correction expected hai. Chandigarh ke proper sectors mein prices artificial lag rahe hain. Mohali mein phir bhi thoda scope hai, but Chandigarh mein itna upar jaana mushkil hai. I'd say hold for a bit
Bhai, same pinch! Exactly yehi haal hai mera bhi. Prices dekh ke toh dimaag ghoom gaya hai. Lagta hai wait hi karna padega, but darr bhi lagta hai ki aur na badh jaaye.
