Chandigarh RERA compliance is more talk than action

₹80 lakh for a 2BHK in Aerocity, but RERA status looks fishy. I'm checking builders like SBP Group, Godrej. How do you guys actually verify RERA registration and their legal track record before investing? I've seen some projects with partial approvals. Is RERA complaints process effective here or just for show?
