Chandigarh RERA: Kitna effective hai for investors?

Not proud of this but I almost got duped. I'm in Dubai. Chandigarh mein Omaxe Palm Grande projects ka RERA compliance aur builder track record kaise verify karein remotely? Are RERA complaints effective?

Yaar, I can totally relate. Omaxe Palm Grande ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. I was checking out their project near New Chandigarh, and the reviews online are so mixed. RERA mein complaint karna worth it hai kya for someone like me in Dubai? Verification remotely is a nightmare.

U1, RERA complaints are effective, but it takes time and persistence. For remote verification, you need a trusted local lawyer. I filed a complaint against another builder (not Omaxe)
