Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Mohali Sector 69-71 and New Chandigarh. Honestly, fed up of renting now, landlord just raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge, looking at 3BHKs, maybe ₹90L-₹1.2Cr range. Dekha toh SBP Group aur Godrej Properties ke kuch projects achhe lage. My main concern is the resale market. If I buy now, is it healthy in Chandigarh? Matlab, 5-7 saal baad easy exit milega ya mushkil ho jati hai? Aur kitne saal hold karna chahiye for maximum gain? Koi experience share kar sakta hai Chandigarh ke resale market ka, especially in these growth areas? Confused hoon yaar, don't want to make a wrong move.

Bhai, ₹90L-₹1.2Cr for a 3BHK in Mohali/New Chandigarh is a bit steep right now. The market has definitely slowed down post-pandemic high. Easy exit 5-7 saal mein? Doubtful, unless you get a really good deal now. I've seen many people stuck for years trying to sell at a profit, especially in New Chandigarh's interior sectors. Builders promise the moon but ground reality is different. My cousin bought in Mullanpur Garibdass two years back and still struggling to find a buyer even at a 10% premium. Think long-term
