Chandigarh resale market valuations are a joke.
Honestly, humara Sector 44 wala 3BHK bechna itna mushkil ho gaya hai. Kids have moved out, ab itna bada ghar nahi chahiye, chhota 2BHK lena hai Aerocity ya New Chandigarh mein. But jo offers aa rahe hain na, they're so low. I'm expecting at least ₹1.8 Cr for our place, but log ₹1.5 Cr se upar ja hi nahi rahe. It's like the market for bigger homes just stalled. Mujhe laga tha easy hoga, given the demand for quality living, but itna time lag raha hai. Plus, brokerage aur other hidden costs alag. Kya others bhi same experience kar rahe hain? Ya koi tips hain for selling an older, larger property in Chandigarh? Should I wait it out or just accept the lower offers? I'm eyeing some SBP Group or Godrej Properties 2BHKs around ₹90L-₹1.2Cr, but first, yeh current ghar toh nikle. Bahut frustrating hai, yaar.
