Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 18D. Area ka vibe toh achha laga, kaafi green spaces aur parks hain yaar. But I'm really confused about the resale market here. 3-5 saal mein agar bechna pade, will it be easy to find buyers? Aur kya premium expect kar sakte hain? Also, parking ka kya scene hai? Most flats ke paas dedicated parking nahi dikhi, aur roads par bhi full rehta hai. Families ke liye safe hai na? Koi hidden costs bhi hain kya?

Bhai, Sector 18D ka vibe toh achha laga, green spaces bhi hain. But resale ka point bilkul valid hai. Maine bhi suna hai wahan liquidity thodi slow hai, especially for flats. Kya price range dekh rahe ho aap, aur kitne time horizon ke liye?
Exactly! Resale is a big concern. Mere ek dost ne 3 saal pehle liya tha, ab bechna chahta hai but buyers mil nahi rahe. He's struggling to even get his principal back.
