Bhai, sahi pakda hai. Sector 49 mein resale market ki hype bahut hai, but actual transactions kitni ho rahi hain? Mere ek friend ne 2 saal pehle liya tha, ab bechne ja raha hai toh buyer nahi mil rahe. Sirf builders aur brokers ka network hai jo ise hot dikhate hain.
