Rasulpur keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Okay, I'll say what no one says: floor-rise premium aur PLC ka kya scene hai? Builders like Vamana Group charge crazy for a higher floor ya park-facing view. Is it really worth it for an investor? Ya bas marketing hype hai? Secondary market mein kya ye extra cost recover ho jaati hai? Matlab, resale mein koi extra dega for a 7th floor flat, ya ground floor ka resale value better hai? Change my mind.
