My rent here in Sector 49 increased by 10% in six months, it's crazy. Just moved to Chandigarh in March, loving the city but investment options ka confusion hai. Sunn raha tha High Rental Yield corridor kaafi popular hai for investors. But I'm honestly not sure if it's still undervalued ya peak ho chuka hai, yaar. I mean, my friend bought a 2BHK there for ₹75 lakh last year, now it's around ₹85 lakh. Has anyone recently invested there? Kya lagta hai, which sectors within that corridor still offer good value? Or should I look at something slightly outside for better long-term ROI? Any specific projects that are showing good rental income right now?
