Just moved into my 3BHK at Aerocity, Mohali, possession was last month. I bought it around ₹1.8 Cr. Now I'm thinking, should I even consider selling it in 3-4 years? Sab bolte hain appreciation achhi hai, but is resale actually easy right now? Dekh raha hoon kuch properties bahut time se list pe hain. Kya koi actual experience share kar sakta hai for Mohali sectors 69-71 or New Chandigarh? I'm worried about getting a good price jo mere initial investment ko justify kare, plus EMI toh chal hi rahi hai. What are the common issues in the resale market? Any advice on holding period for maximum gain? Yaar, not sure agar short-term mein profit hoga.
