Chandigarh's stamp duty is the ultimate hidden cost

Visited The Uppal Group in Manimajra for a 3BHK. Everyone talks base price, but Chandigarh's stamp duty is the real hidden killer. It eats into our kids' school fund. Can this be negotiated? Change my mind.

Bhai, you are SO right! I felt the same pinch when I was looking in New Chandigarh. Builders show you one price, and then these 'extra charges' just pile up. Stamp duty, registration, club membership... it’s like a never-ending list. Negotiate toh mushkil hai, government rate hota hai.
