Top Builders mein 3BHK ke liye kaun sa project best deal hai, especially around ₹1 Cr? I'm based in Dubai, so site visit toh possible nahi hai. Bohat builders ke brochures dekhe but sab same lagte hain. Is it worth paying PLC for a better view? Legal process aur rental management NRI ke liye kitna smooth hai?
