Okay I'll be honest — buying a bigger 3BHK for the kids in Chandigarh is way more complicated than I thought. My wife's main priority is a good school nearby, maybe Sector 44 or Mohali. But the prices, yaar, seem fixed. I'm seeing 3BHKs for ₹1.5 Cr easily. Is there any actual price correction happening anywhere in Chandigarh? I was hoping to find some value, not just pay premium. Should I look at New Chandigarh or Aerocity for better deals, even with the commute? Trying to figure out where we can still negotiate a bit for a family home.

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! Chandigarh main 'value' naam ki cheez toh bas marketing brochures mein dikhti hai. Sector 44 aur Mohali ke rates toh aasman chhoo rahe hain, lagta hai koi correction aayegi hi nahi. Hum bhi aise hi फंसे हैं।
Sahi keh rahe ho. Humne bhi bahut dekha. Aerocity mein thoda scope lagta hai, but commute ka issue toh hai hi. Par at least wahan plot size
