Chardham Apartment ki promised amenities overhyped lagti hain, is it just me? Kids ke play area aur pool kaafi underused hain. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain, par service ka kya? My wife ke liye safety aur facilities important hain. Has anyone else faced this?

Given the current real estate market in Delhi, where prices are already high, paying so much for a project with such issues is a big risk. I'm looking for something in a similar budget range. Is Chardham still worth considering if one is willing to overlook these issues, or should I just move on?
Exactly what U14 said. Budget-conscious ho toh future maintenance cost bhi add karke chalo. Plus, resale value bhi affect hogi agar amenities ka haal bura hai. Better to find a newer project, maybe slightly outside core Delhi.
Move on, bhai. First home hai, compromise mat karo. Delhi mein aur bhi options hain, especially agar aap purani property mein invest nahi karna chahte. Peace of mind is important.

Dekho, 1993 ka project hai toh kuch wear and tear toh hoga hi. But ₹1.4 Cr – ₹2.7 Cr ka price range hai, toh amenities toh expect karoge hi. Kya society management ispe kuch action nahi leti? Ya fir builder hi responsible hai?

Society management ka hi role hota hai maintenance ka. Builder toh possession ke baad nikal leta hai mostly. Par agar society active nahi hai, toh problem hoti hai. Anand Niketan mein bhi similar issue hai ek old building ka.

U9 sahi keh raha hai. Almost 30 saal purani property hai. Sirf 108 units hain, toh society ko funds collect karne mein bhi dikkat aati hogi large-scale repairs ke liye.
1993? Bahut purana hai yaar! Itni purani property mein toh plumbing aur electrical ka bhi issue aayega. Maintenance charges toh honge hi, because renovation ka kharcha bhi aata hoga.

Haan bhai, same experience. Humne bhi Ansal Villas mein ek flat dekha tha, amenities list lambi thi but ground pe kuch aur hi tha. Builders bas brochure mein bade-bade waade karte hain. Chardham ka naam toh suna hai, but ye sab sunke toh confidence hi down ho gaya.
Maintenance charges kitne hain Chardham mein? Mera budget bahut tight hai, ye sab sunke aur darr lag raha hai.
Totally agree with you! Pool toh bas showpiece hai, kabhi clean nahi dekha. Kids play area mein bhi equipment toot-phoot gaye hain, koi dekhta hi nahi.
