Charmwood Village buyers, what's the real catch?
Charmwood Village properties look great on paper, almost too perfect. My parents keep pushing it, but I'm getting nervous about potential hidden issues. Prices feel a bit high compared to other Faridabad sectors, and I'm honestly not sure why. Are there any actual red flags or long-term problems people face there? Like, what's the catch? Should I be worried about anything beyond the obvious when considering a purchase here?

My agent also showed me Charmwood. Location is good, near Delhi border, but builder ka naam pehle nahi suna. What's the background of Goyal Estate Agency? I couldn't find much reliable information on them, which makes me nervous.
Haan yaar, same feeling. Charmwood looks great on brochures, but the prices are scary. And jab koi cheez too good to be true lage, there's usually a catch, right?
