Did a site visit to Burari Affordable Homes by Chaudhary Realtors last Saturday. Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. You see all the marketing spin, but what's the real talk on their on-time delivery record? For a 2BHK around ₹80L, I'm worried about delays. And how's their customer support after booking? Do they actually pick up the phone or just go silent? Also, off the record, what's the resale value like 5 years down the line in this specific project? Not sure if it's worth it for long-term appreciation.
