Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Chaukhandi, Noida. What do you think about the connectivity? Metro station se kitna door hai? Heard property prices are rising. Kya yeh sahi time hai invest karne ka? Also, how's the safety and security situation there? Has anyone experienced any issues? Mujhe advice chahiye.
