Chaukhandi, Noida: Safe area for families?

Guys, I'm thinking of buying property in Chaukhandi, Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai how safe it is for families, especially with kids? I've heard mixed reviews about the crime rate. Also, what's the waterlogging situation during the monsoons? Has anyone experienced it firsthand? Which is better, buying near the main road or further inside? Mujhe advice chahiye!
