Aero View Heights – I'm honestly rethinking my strategy here. From my experience, shoddy construction always bites you later with higher maintenance costs and a hit on resale value. Are the initial savings on a lower price point even worth it when you factor in constant repairs? I've seen this pattern before; cheap fittings and seepage issues make tenants jump ship fast.
