Checking builder's RERA history: a real eye-opener

Did a site visit to Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 last weekend. My wife liked the 3BHK, but I'm really digging into the legal side now. Discovered it's vital to check *all* projects by Siddh Construction And Developers on the RERA portal. Found some builders have older projects with pending RERA complaints. Is this a major red flag for their overall legal track record? Does RERA actually protect buyers then?

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! RERA check is non-negotiable. I was looking at a project in Ambegaon Budruk, same thing happened. The builder had like 3 projects, all with delays and complaints. Made me super nervous. For Siddh Construction And Developers, maine bhi check kiya, they don't seem to have any registered projects on RERA. Is that even possible for a builder with 'Tejalkunj No 2'?
