Chhapraula: Is the price justified for daily living?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Chhapraula properties. I'm looking at some 2BHKs, around ₹45-55L, and honestly, the prices feel good compared to Indirapuram. But what's the actual daily life like there? I'm worried about the commute to Delhi for work, even with the expressway. Is it still a pain? And should I be concerned about basic stuff like water supply or power cuts? My parents keep saying new areas have issues. Is the price justified for what you get, or am I missing something big?
