Chi I mein investment ka kya future hai?

Chi I mein property prices ka kya scene chal raha hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa wahan. Prices bohot high lag rahe hain yaar. Is it really worth the premium for that area? Already have a home loan, so har extra lakh counts. Real resident life wahan kaisi hai, matlab day-to-day experience? Aur investment potential, 3-5 saal mein kitna appreciation expect kar sakte hain?

Bhai, prices toh sach mein aasmaan chho rahe hain Chi I mein. Main bhi dekh raha tha 3BHK ke liye, but budget hil jaata hai dekh ke. Sector 78 se upgrade karna hai but is it worth stretching so much? Mera bhi loan chal raha hai, har ek lakh ka stress hai, upar se maintenance aur society charges bhi toh hain. Kahan se kahan pahunch jaate hain numbers.
