What's the real story with property prices in Chi I, Greater Noida right now? I'm in real estate myself, but buying my own 3BHK feels completely different. I'm seeing projects quote around ₹1.1-₹1.3 Cr for a decent 3BHK there. Are these prices actually justified? I know what builders don't tell you, especially with super area vs carpet area. Is there any negotiation room, or is it firm? Also, how's the resale market in Chi I? Can you easily sell if needed in 3-5 years, or is it a struggle? Everyone talks about Jewar Airport and metro extensions driving value, but I'm thinking that's already baked into current rates. What are residents' honest opinions?

Yaar, I'm also looking in Chi I for a 3BHK. The prices you mentioned, ₹1.1-₹1.3 Cr, seem really steep, especially for a first-time buyer like me.
