Chi III Greater Noida: Residents, is the price jump worth it?

Honestly, I'm feeling overwhelmed by this upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, but need more space. Eyeing 3BHKs or villas in Chi III, Greater Noida. Prices feel high there, especially with Jewar Airport hype. Is that premium justified for daily life? What's living there like? Is the price jump worth it?
