Chikkasanne 3BHK hunt: My family's big doubts
Chikkasanne keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Our current 2BHK is getting too small, kids are growing up, so we're eyeing a 3BHK. My wife's main priority is a good school nearby and safety for the children. We've visited a couple of projects here, like Prestige and Godrej ones, and the flats seem decent. But I'm honestly not sure about the actual daily life here. Is it really safe, especially for kids playing outside or women walking in the evening? Aur schools ka kya scene hai? Are there good ICSE/CBSE schools nearby, not too far for daily commute? My biggest worry is the overall neighbourhood vibe once you move in. Is the RWA active, and do neighbours interact? Thoda real picture do yaar, before we commit to such a big move. Any long-term residents can share their experience?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Hum bhi Chikkasanne dekh rahe hain for a 3BHK. Prestige properties wahan kaafi popular hain. Schools and safety are also our main concerns. Feeling the same confusion. Good to know I'm not alone in this.
