Chikkasanne mein metro connectivity ka ground reality kya hai? I mean, station tak pahunchne mein kitna time lagta hai aur last-mile options kaise hain, specially during peak hours? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different; I know builders often gloss over these daily struggles. Also, water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Borewell pe kitna depend karna padta hai ya tankers ki zaroorat hai, kitne frequently? Peak hours mein traffic kitna bura hota hai Chikkasanne se Whitefield ya Sarjapur Road tak? Koi real experience share kar sakta hai for a 2BHK around ₹90L? Matlab, actual daily commute kitna time leta hai? Not sure if the upcoming metro will fix sab kuch, ya fir woh bhi hype hai.
