Chikkasanne: My infrastructure concerns are real

Been looking at Chikkasanne for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely confused. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, yaar. Builders ki marketing pitches toh I can see through, but ground reality ka kya? My main concern is water supply. Mostly borewell pe depend karna padta hai ya BWSSB connection bhi hai? Tanker dependency kitni hai? And monsoon mein waterlogging ka issue kitna serious hai? Last year kuch areas mein dekha tha, but Chikkasanne ka kya haal hai? Also, upcoming infra projects like the Peripheral Ring Road connection ya kuch aur jo area ko affect karega future mein? Is it positive ya traffic aur badhega? Koi resident hai wahan? What's your experience with water and general infrastructure? Any specific builder projects where water issues are more prominent? Should I be worried?
