Chikkasanne — looking for some ground reality checks here, especially on safety. I work in real estate, but buying my own place, you know, it's a different ballgame. I see through all the marketing hype easily, but real resident feedback is gold. Families ke liye kaisa hai area, especially evenings mein? Are there any specific safety concerns ya incidents hue hain? Kids ke liye safe hai kya? I've heard mixed reviews, not sure if it's just random or a pattern. Yaar, yeh sab brochures mein nahi milta. Any hidden issues jo pata hon?

Dekho, Chikkasanne has potential no doubt, proximity to airport road and some industrial hubs makes it attractive for investment. But for living, especially with family and kids, the concerns raised are valid. It's not just about one incident, it's about the general vibe after dark, street lighting, and police patrolling frequency. If you're considering a project there, try to talk to residents of that specific society, not just general area feedback. Sometimes, gated communities manage their internal security well, but the outside area remains a concern. So, OP, maybe check out specific projects rather than the whole locality.
So, if it's not super safe, is it really worth the price then? I mean, budget constraints toh hain hi, but safety pe compromise kaise karein?
Bhai, aur detail mein batao kya issue hua tha Adigara Kallahalli mein? Kya builder ne kuch chhupaya tha?
U6, your point is spot on. Mere saath bhi yahi hua tha jab main Adigara Kallahalli mein ek plot dekh raha tha. Builder ne bahut bade sapne dikhaye but jab ground pe jaake local logon se baat ki toh pata chala ki water supply ka issue hai aur raat ko bahut sunsaan ho jaata hai. Market conditions ab aisi hain ki buyers ke paas options bahut hain, toh builders ko safety aur amenities pe focus karna chahiye, sirf price pe nahi.
Exactly! If you're paying a decent amount, you expect basic safety infrastructure. Agar wahi nahi hai toh phir invest karne ka kya fayda? Property value bhi long term mein affect hoti hai aise areas mein jahan security issues hote hain.
Hmm, I think it depends on which part of Chikkasanne you're looking at. Kuch pockets hain jo kaafi developed ho gaye hain with gated communities, wahan safety better hai. But haan, overall connectivity aur public transport ke hisaab se thoda isolated feel ho sakta hai. Crime rates toh har jagah badh rahe hain, Bangalore mein bhi.
Yaar, main bhi dekh raha tha udhar kuch properties. Price point toh theek lag raha tha but safety ka sunke darr lagta hai. Especially kids ke liye. Koi specific incident hua hai recent mein ya it's just general perception?
Totally agree with U3. Mere ek relative ne bhi bataya tha ki Chikkasanne mein evenings mein thoda uneasy feel hota hai. Better to look at slightly more developed areas like Aavalahalli, even if it's a bit pricier. Peace of mind is important.
Haan bhai, incident hue hain. Pichle saal ek friend ka phone snatch ho gaya tha evening mein while walking back from the bus stop near the main road. Police presence utni nahi hai jitni honi chahiye, especially towards the interior lanes. Families ke liye toh main bilkul recommend nahi karunga unless you have your own transport and don't venture out much after dark. Kids ke liye parks bhi zyada safe nahi lagte sometimes. Yahi toh hidden issues hain jo brochure mein nahi dikhte.
Bilkul sahi pakda hai bhai! Marketing mein sab chamakta hai, ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Chikkasanne ka naam sunke mujhe bhi thoda doubt hua tha safety pe.
