Children's play areas are mostly just for show.

Saraswati Executive Home – been looking at flats here for my family. My kids are growing, so need a bigger 3BHK. Brochure mein jo children's play area dikhaya, it looks good, but will it actually be usable and safe? Kids ki safety aur proper play space, that's my wife's main priority. Is it just a ticked-off checkbox for the builder? Aur lifts ka kya scene hai? Building mein itne floors hain, will the elevators be reliable? Long waits, frequent breakdowns, ya maintenance response time kaisa hai? Also, general construction quality after a year or two, how is it? Don't want cracks or seepage issues later. We want a home for years, not just a temporary stay. Koi real feedback dega please?
