Also, what's the actual day-to-day resident life like? Is it peaceful, or is traffic and noise a constant issue, especially near the main roads? My parents keep saying to look for appreciation potential, but I'm more focused on the living experience right now. Are the property prices there justified, or is there usually room for negotiation?
