Chipiyana Buzurg: What they don't tell you about daily life?
Been checking out flats in Ghaziabad for almost a year now, and Chipiyana Buzurg keeps popping up. My budget is around 70-80L for a 2BHK, and some projects there look promising, but I'm honestly not sure if it's the right move for a first-time buyer. I work in Delhi, so the metro connectivity is a big plus – is the Red Line extension really making a difference for daily commutes? How crowded does it get? Also, what's the actual day-to-day resident life like? Is it peaceful, or is traffic and noise a constant issue, especially near the main roads? My parents keep saying to look for appreciation potential, but I'm more focused on the living experience right now. Are the property prices there justified, or is there usually room for negotiation? Any residents or recent buyers from Chipiyana Buzurg, please share your honest experiences. Should I be worried about anything specific like water supply or local maintenance issues? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
