Customer support from Chitransh Developers for Saartha Enclave is a total nightmare, change my mind. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different; I know what builders don't tell you. Trying to get clear answers about amenities promised, like the clubhouse or gym, feels impossible. Are they just going silent? Honestly not sure about their financial health if they can't even staff a decent customer service team for a project like Saartha Enclave in Ghaziabad. I'm looking at a 2BHK, maybe around ₹70L. Anyone else in Ghaziabad, perhaps from Raj Nagar Extension, have similar issues or actual positive experiences with them? Do they even respond to basic queries about OC status?
