I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Visited Chitransh Saartha Enclave and honestly, the carpet area to super built-up ratio felt better than many Ghaziabad projects. Always check actual usable space during site visits, not just brochure numbers. It makes a huge difference for daily living. Are their amenities actually useful, or just for show?

Chitransh Saartha Enclave, hmm. Possession date 2017-12-01 hai. That's quite old. So, it's a resale market now. I remember looking at their other project near Ahinsa Khand 1, they had some issues back then with delays. Be careful, check all documents thoroughly, especially occupancy certificate and society formation.
Sahi keh rahe ho bhai, builders ka track record bohot important hai
Oh, it's already completed? I thought it was under construction. Toh possession ka issue toh nahi hoga. But what about the current price? Is it still in the ₹75 L – ₹1.3 Cr range or have prices inflated a lot since 2017?

Totally agree U1, layouts are good. But ₹75 L – ₹1.3 Cr is still a huge amount for first-timers like us!
Yaar, carpet area ka point toh bilkul sahi pakda hai. Bahut builders loot-te hain super built-up ke naam pe. Lekin Chitransh ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai, inka track record kaisa hai?
