Choodasandra — House of Hiranandani's construction linked plan is draining me. I'm in real estate, but even I didn't expect these delays and hidden charges for my 2BHK. My EMI started, but possession is still months away, pushing my budget for rent too. This payment trap is real. What did you guys do when your builder delayed?

Bhai, you're not alone. I booked a 3BHK in Aavalahalli two years back, and the builder promised possession in 18 months. Now it's 26 months, and they just keep giving excuses. My EMI and rent combined are killing my savings.
OMG, this is exactly my fear! I'm looking at properties in Akshayanagar and developers there are also pushing these payment plans. It feels like a ticking time bomb.
