Since last Diwali, I'm trying to find a decent 3BHK for my growing family in Mohali. My wife ki priority hai kids ke school ke paas ho aur safe locality. Godrej, Emaar, DLF ke projects dekh raha hoon in Sectors 65, 82-84. Par construction quality and hidden charges ka real scene kya hai? Time pe delivery hoti hai kya?

Yaar, main toh phas chuka hoon ek baar. Sector 82 mein ek project dekha tha, builder ka naam nahi lunga abhi, but they promised possession in 2022 end. Abhi tak interior bhi complete nahi hua hai! Bhai, same situation here! Mohali mein 3BHK dhoondhna is a nightmare, especially with family priorities. Meri wife bhi school proximity aur safety pe bahut focus karti hai. Godrej aur Emaar ke projects toh kaafi hyped hain, but construction quality aur hidden charges ka darr mujhe bhi hai. Delivery dates ka toh kya hi bolu, builders ka record waise bhi mixed hi rehta hai.
Haan yaar, mera friend Mohali ke ek project mein phas gaya tha, promise kiya tha 2023 end, abhi tak foundation bhi nahi bani. Builders sirf marketing pe paisa lagate hain, execution pe nahi.
Totally agree. Hidden charges toh aise aate hain jaise unka koi haq ho. Itna frustration hota hai!
