CHS Independent Apartment — honestly, I'm a bit confused about this one. My parents keep saying 'completed project le lo, no headache,' and I saw one there for ₹90L. It's ready-to-move, which is a big plus for me, no construction risk. But being an investor, I'm thinking about the ROI. Isme capital appreciation ka scope kitna hai, especially since it's already completed? Aur rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Friends are saying 2-3% only, which seems low. Plus, resale market kaisi hai? Will it be easy to sell after 5-7 years, ya phir atke reh jayenge? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I jump on this or look for something with more growth potential?

Bhai, CHS Independent Apartment? If it
Yaar, same dilemma! ₹90L for a completed project sounds good on paper, especially no construction risk. But capital appreciation is always a worry. My uncle bought a ready flat near Alaknanda a few years back, thought it was a safe bet, but the appreciation has been very slow. Rental yield bhi 2-3% se zyada nahi nikla. Investors usually look for pre-launch or under-construction for better growth, right?
