After years selling, buying my own flat is tough. City West View, Pune, dekh raha hoon. Amenities real mein kitne useful hain for daily life? Neighbourhood schools ka kya scene hai? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain, off the record?

Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties for investment, looking to upgrade from my 2BHK. Visited City West View recently; it looks good but the ₹3.62 Cr–₹4.78 Cr price for a 3BHK feels high. I remember pre-launch prices were lower. Kya lagta hai, iska capital appreciation potential kitna hai? Anyone bought early? Also, what's the realistic rental yield here? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Thinking long-term wealth creation, but not sure if it justifies this premium. Will I find buyers easily in 5-7 years for this price point?
