Civil Lines Ghaziabad amenities ka kya haal hai?
Just moved into Civil Lines last month, and honestly, thoda frustrate ho gaya hoon. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, unka reality check bilkul alag hai. Club house ka condition theek nahi, aur swimming pool toh abhi tak functional nahi. Maintenance charge kaafi zyada le rahe hain, par services us level ki nahi mil rahi. Kya fayda itne paise deke jab basic cheezein bhi theek se nahi mil rahi? Koi aur hai jo Civil Lines mein rehta hai, did you face similar issues? What did you do about it?

Which Civil Lines are you talking about? Ghaziabad mein toh kaafi projects chal rahe hain. Is it the one with RERA number UPRERAPRJ828031, jiska possession 2027-08-01 hai?
Haan bhai, same experience. Brochure mein toh sab gold plated hota hai, reality check kuch aur hi nikalti hai. Lagta hai har builder ki yahi kahani hai.
