Sector 56 — I'm really confused about Classic Apartments. Builder ka track record theek lag raha hai, but I'm worried about the true total cost. Kaisa hai wahan ka neighborhood for daily living? Schools aur markets paas mein hain kya? My parents keep saying location is key for future value. Also, maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Builders often quote low figures, but real residents kitna pay karte hain monthly for a 2BHK? I'm a first-time buyer, so budget tight hai. Not sure if the quoted price includes everything ya fir bahut saare extra charges honge. Any tips on understanding the true total cost for these older societies? Hope this helps someone else too.

Totally agree with U1! Maintenance charges are a huge trap. My friend bought in an old society near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and usko har saal special assessment pay karna padta hai for
Yaar, Classic Apartments toh quite old hai na? 2008 possession date dikha raha hai. Older societies mein hidden costs ka scene pakka hota hai, especially for repairs and upgrades. Builder toh bas initial quote dega, asli kharcha baad mein hi pata chalta hai. Be careful.
