Since last Diwali, I'm eyeing properties in Delhi. Classic Home Apartment ₹1.98-2.55 Cr range mein hai. Should I consider this for long-term capital appreciation, ya short-term flip ke liye better hai? Resale market kitna liquid hai yahan? Investor-heavy society toh nahi banegi na?
Just got possession of my flat in Classic Home Apartment two months back, aur abhi bhi settle ho raha hoon. Book karte time toh sab sahi laga tha, but now I'm seeing things. Amenities jo brochure mein the, unki actual quality utni achi nahi. Gym equipment kaafi basic hai, pool bhi smaller than expected. Daily life mein thoda noise issue bhi lag raha hai. Kya aur kisi ko bhi laga ki marketing aur reality mein difference hai? Especially about the amenities and general livability?
