Classique Windchimes: Amenities reality check?
Visited Classique Windchimes last weekend, finally taking the plunge from renting. Fed up of landlord hikes, honestly. Project looks good on paper, but main concern hai daily living experience. Amenities jo dikhaye, are they genuinely useful for families ya bas show-off? Neighbourhood schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Is it really livable for the ₹85.95 L–₹1.17 Cr price range?

I'm a bit wary of projects where amenities are the main selling point but aren't fully ready. It's like buying a car based on its future features. Current market conditions in Bengaluru are already tough, with property rates going up. If the amenities aren't up to par or the location isn't convenient, then the resale value might also be an issue later on. Just something to keep in mind, especially for first-time buyers who might need to sell in the future.
Neighbourhood schools and markets ka question bahut valid hai. I visited the area around Classique Windchimes. It's developing, but for good schools, you might have to travel a bit. Daily groceries ke liye small shops hain, but for proper supermarket ya mall, you'd need to drive. This is crucial for families, especially if you have young kids. The connectivity to main roads is decent though.
I'm also in the market for my first home, and this price range is giving me nightmares. ₹86 L se ₹1.2 Cr is a huge jump. What exactly are the different configurations they are offering for this range? Is it 2BHK vs 3BHK, ya floor/view ke hisaab se itna variation hai? It's really hard to compare properties when the price spread is so wide.
Hey everyone, I actually enquired about Classique Windchimes a few months back. The sales guy was very pushy. They quoted me ₹87.5 L for a 2BHK. Amenities ki baat karein toh, they listed a lot but couldn't show any proper setup yet since it's still ONGOING. Possession date unhone 2026-07-01 bataya tha. Kya yeh date realistic lagti hai given the current construction speed?
U4, I've heard similar stories about builders pushing dates. For Classique Windchimes, the total units are only 34, which is a small project. Sometimes smaller projects finish faster, sometimes they get stuck due to funding issues. It's a gamble. Did they give you any details on the per square foot rate? ₹87.5L for a 2BHK seems a bit steep for an ongoing project without clear amenity visibility.
U4, 2026-07-01 is still a good two years away. Bangalore mein projects ka delay hona common hai. Mera ek cousin Adigara Kallahalli mein ghar le raha tha, uska project 1.5 saal delay ho gaya. Make sure you check their RERA number, it's PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/110722/005053, so at least there's some accountability. But delays are always a risk with ongoing projects, especially for first-time buyers like us.
Classique Windchimes ka post dekha. Yaar, I'm also a first-time buyer and super confused. Jo amenities dikhate hain na, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, sab impressive lagte hain. But kya sach mein log use karte hain ya bas maintenance charge badhane ke liye hota hai? Is price range mein itna luxury worth it hai kya? ₹86L toh minimum hai, budget tight hai mera.
Totally agree, U1! Main bhi yahi soch raha tha. Mera friend Akshayanagar mein ek project dekh raha tha, wahan bhi same scene hai. Amenities dikha dete hain, but baad mein pata chalta hai ki half of them are never functional ya phir itne crowded hote hain ki use hi nahi kar paate. Windchimes mein playground kids ke liye kitna safe hai, koi idea hai?
