Budget's set for a 3BHK upgrade from my current 2BHK in Marathahalli, eyeing Classique Windchimes. What's Classique Builders' actual delivery track record like? Worried about delays. For an investment, is the ₹85L-1.17 Cr range justified for capital appreciation and resale liquidity? Don't want a ghost society.

Classique Builders ka track record mixed suna hai. Mere ek colleague ka experience accha nahi raha tha with another project of theirs in Aavalahalli, bohot delays hue the. Windchimes ka RERA possession date kya hai? Aur kitne units already sold hain, does anyone know?
U3, RERA date as per portal is 2026-07-01. As for units sold, that's usually tough to get precise numbers from builders, they keep it vague. But yeah, if the project is small like 34 units,
Marathahalli mein ₹85L-1.17 Cr for an ongoing project sounds a bit high, especially with just 34 units. Capital appreciation ke chances kaise honge itne high entry price pe? I'm looking at something similar near Akshayanagar and prices are slightly better.
U2, Akshayanagar mein prices thode better ho sakte hain, but Marathahalli ka connectivity aur infrastructure ka apna advantage hai. But yeah, for only 34 units, appreciation might be limited until the society is fully established and people actually move in.
Totally agree, U2! For that price, I'd expect something ready-to-move. Ongoing mein itna risk kyun lena?
