Hey guys, I'm considering ABA Cleo County and Lotus Greens Arena 7. Cleo County is ready-to-move, but more expensive. What's the resale value like for Cleo County? Lotus Greens is cheaper, but what about construction quality? Which one offers better amenities? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?

Bhai, Cleo County RTM hai toh accha hai, at least possession ka tension nahi. But uski price sunke toh mera budget hil gaya hai. ₹1.6 Cr se shuru ho raha hai, which is quite high for a first-time buyer. Kya aapne Lotus Greens ka exact price per sq ft pata kiya hai? Aur Cleo County ke amenities ka detailed list kahan milega?
