Is Clove County just another 'luxury' project that's all show and no substance for daily living? I'm honestly fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Thinking of finally taking the plunge and Clove County ₹8 Cr+ range mein dikh raha hai. Upcoming project hai, toh thoda nervous hoon. Everyone glorifies the fancy amenities in brochures, but nobody talks about actual useability. Will the swimming pool actually work, or the gym equipment be decent after 6 months? What's the real story with its livability? Schools, markets, hospitals nearby? Or will it be a daily struggle for basic needs? Honestly, EMI vs rent math is pushing me, but I need real talk. Totally agree! Is ₹8.2 Cr for a 2BHK or 3BHK? My friend booked in a 'luxury' project near Alpha I Greater Noida, aur abhi tak society mein basic connectivity issues hain. Brochure mein sab glossy dikhta hai, but ground reality is something else. For 2030 possession, it's a long wait and a lot of money.
U1, ₹8.2 Cr is for the smaller 3BHK unit, as per their sales team. Exactly!
