Clove County Sector 151 - Worth the hype?

Hey guys, dekho toh! Found this video about Clove County in Sector 151, Noida by County Group. Looks pretty fancy, but are those 4 & 5 BHKs really worth the investment? Sector 151 mein rates already high hain, so is it justified? What's your take on this project? Any insights would be helpful!
