CLP is a cash trap for investors
Budget finalized, loan pre-approved – ab Greater Noida mein investment ke liye dekh raha hu. I work in real estate, but for my own money, I'm extra cautious about total acquisition cost. Knowledge Park 5 mein Regal Emporia jaise projects dekh raha hu. Payment plans mein confusion hai. Construction-linked (CLP) better hai ya down payment plan from an investor ROI perspective? Also, how much super area vs carpet area difference is acceptable? Builders ke tricks pata hain, but still want real buyer insights. Koi experience share karega?
