Construction-linked payment plans feel like a trap sometimes, especially with delays. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, eyeing 3BHKs in Sector 91/92, maybe an MRG project. Builders push CLPs hard, saying it's convenient, but with my current home loan EMI, paying both rent and construction installments sounds tough. Matlab, agar project late ho gaya, toh kitna financial burden hoga? Is it smarter to go for a down payment plan if the builder gives a good discount? Yaar, I'm already stretching my budget for a 3BHK around 2.5 Cr. What's the real ROI on these CLPs? Has anyone tried negotiating for a better discount with a higher upfront payment?
